Vintage Success Salon Box // Richard Hudnut // New York

This large vintage box is painted in a beautiful light blue. The lid is hand painted with the name “Success” Richard Hudnut Salon, New York. The words are framed in a beautiful hand painted flower wreath, the name Success is also painted in little flowers. The box is large and the lid is slightly angled down toward the front. This box is handmade with dovetailed joints. It would make a lovely piece of decor and storage. This is a rare advertising piece probably used originally to hold perfumes at the store desk. This box is in wonderful vintage condition, with just a few very small imperfections in the paint. Integrity of this piece is totally intact with working hinges and lid.
